The Traulsen 37266 Fan Guard Plastic is a protective cover that is designed to fit over 7-1/2 inch evaporative fan blades, and fits mounting holes with 6-7/8 inch spacing. It operates by wrapping around the fan blades to assist in avoiding contact with the objects or people and yet allow the free flow of air. The guard is attached to the fan housing at the given centre-to-centre hole spacing ensuring that it is well secured throughout the operation. It also enhances safer operation by protecting the fan and other parts around it against debris and obstruction, which is part of uniform ventilation operation in the cooling systems.
