Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 379057 Onion Corer

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 379057 Onion Corer removes the central portion of an onion during food preparation for compatible commercial equipment. The corer uses a hollow cutting edge that enters the onion and surrounds the selected centre section. Applying downward pressure drives the cutting edge through the onion while separating the central material from the surrounding layers. The removed section remains within or around the coring area until it is cleared. The corer fits at the designated handle or gripping area for manual use. Its shape provides a controlled cutting path through the onion during preparation.
