The Blendtec 40-209-01-SRV Black Hard Lid is a replacement cover that is compatible with other blender jar covers in commercial foodservice and retail conditions. It is placed on the top of the jar to hold ingredients during blending and allows it to operate by reducing splatter and spillage. This is installed in front of the tasks and is used in conjunction with the jar and the blender base to ensure that the contents are well enclosed during use. The operators and maintenance in the applications will change the lid in case it is damaged to maintain the same performance of the blending system.
