The Hobart 408726-000G2 Ceramic Radiant Set of 20 is a quality piece that conducts the burner heat by the use of radiant emission to ensure uniform cooking performance. It works by absorbing the heat of the flame and spreading it uniformly throughout the broiler space. This glowing set is installed directly over the burner section and it is mounted on internal ledges in the broiler housing. It is used with commercial broiling systems and is compatible with the current burner setup. The pieces are placed in specific channels and are in the correct place and will not move around when operating.
