The Hobart 411684-G1 Broiler Burner Assembly is a gas heating unit that is used to provide and distribute flame to commercial broiler units. This assembly is normally mounted below the broiler cooking surface whereby it is connected to the gas supply and air shutter to form a controlled air-to-fuel mixture which is then ignited to generate uniform heat which is used in broiling. It is the main heat generation component to support cooking performance. It operates the purpose of evenly distributing the flames and keeping the heating conditions at the right level to allow the broilers to operate correctly.
