The Hobart 413991-2 Oven Rack measuring 19 inches X 25-3/4 inches provides a supporting surface inside the commercial systems. Its grid structure holds pans trays and cookware above the oven cavity floor while allowing heated air to circulate around the food. The rack rests on the oven’s internal support rails and can be positioned at different levels according to the cooking requirement.
