Description

The Hobart 414854-00001 Infrared Burner Steel 27" X 5" OD 22-1/2" X 5" Top 21-1/4" X 3-1/2" Burn Area that distributes gas over the surface of the steel burner, causing the gas to combust and generate infrared energy for cooking applications. It evenly distributes radiant heat throughout the burn area to assist in grilling, broiling and high-temperature food preparation applications for commercial kitchen equipment. This is a component that is placed inside compatible cooking equipment with the burner assembly placed under grates or cooking surfaces to give direct heat exposure when in use. In restaurant kitchens and foodservice Conditions, the steel construction will be able to withstand continuous heating cycles.
