The Hobart 414854-00003 Infrared Burner Steel 27" X 5" OD 22-1/2" X 5" Top 21-1/4" X 3-1/2" Burn Area is designed to provide even distribution of gas over the burner surface to provide infrared heat for cooking application. During operation the burner will efficiently distribute heat to grilling or broiling surfaces thanks to the steel construction that ensures controlled flame distribution.
