Description

The Hobart 414854-3 Infrared Burner Steel 27" X 5" OD 22-1/2" X 5" Top 21-1/4" X 3-1/2" Burn Area produces heat by the even distribution of flame over the burn area in a cooking operation through the use of a steel burner surface. It works by controlling the flow of gas to the burner assembly to generate infrared heat for grilling and broiling use in commercial kitchen equipment. This component is mounted in suitable cooking systems in which the controlled burner heat is needed for food preparation processes. The steel structure allows for continuous exposure to high cooking temperatures and even heat transfer on the cooking surface.
