Description
The Hobart 419702-1 Fry Filter separates solid cooking debris from oil during the fryer cleaning process in commercial equipment. It measures 18 inch by 1/2 inch by 23 inches, the screen covers the designated area within the collection assembly. Oil entering this section passes across the screening material before moving toward the pump or return passage. Food particles remain on the surface while liquid continues through the openings. The filter works as a barrier within the oil circuit and interacts with the collection pan and connected pump during circulation and its position allows to be removed from the oil stream before recirculation.
