Description

The Vulcan Hart 420581-1 Basket is designed for commercial kitchens use allowing for optimal oil drainage, resulting in evenly cooked food. This fryer basket features dimensions of 13" x 12-1/4" x 5-3/8" to suit diverse food items during frying operations including french fries and chicken wings.
