Description

The Hobart 426233-00001 Pilot establishes the initial flame used to ignite the main burner in compatible gas-fired equipment. Gas enters the pilot assembly through its designated supply connection and exits at the pilot burner, where it is ignited to produce a controlled flame at the burner ignition point. The pilot remains active during the equipment’s heating operation so the main burner can ignite when the gas control opens. Installed within the burner compartment, it maintains the flame at the required position relative to the main burner and works with the equipment’s gas-control and ignition arrangement.
