Description

The Ember Glo 4577-01 Gas Broiler Char Glow 20 Lbs Rocks are ceramic briquettes for use in compatible commercial equipment. The rocks are packaged in 20 lb. units and are a component of the broiler's heating system that absorbs and radiates heat produced by the burners. This way heat is spread evenly, and the food is cooked more evenly, resulting in a more even broiling process and an authentic charbroiled taste. The briquettes are used widely in the commercial applications and other food-service applications, and aid in the efficient transfer of heat in cooking at large volume.
