The Middleby Marshall 47797 Oven Gear Motor Kit is a 90 VDC 12.6 RPM output 53-watt power-rated conveyor. It is meant to be used in conveyor ovens, where it regulates the flow of the belt in use. It is fitted in the drive system of the oven to maintain a consistent rotation of the belt in order to facilitate the flow of the product in the cooking chamber. This is necessary in commercial kitchens to ensure that bake times are correct. It is fitted as a direct replacement when servicing is done or when the conveyor drive performance is no longer within the specifications.
