Hobart 498096-00550 Thermostat is a high performance temperature control device for gas appliances operating from 200°F to 550°F. This thermostat offers a 36" capillary length and 3/8" FPT gas inlet/outlet connection and is perfect for precise temperature control in many commercial cooking equipment. The sensitive bulb is 3/16" by 11" and is used for accurate readings and efficient temperature adjustments. It is also compatible with indicator knobs such as #22-1653 and #2201434 for the red dial and dial plates like AP# 2281298 for better usability.
