Description

The APW 55385 Well Pan W/Drain & Stud stores and contains food or liquid in the well area of the unit in the course of operation. It works by fitting firmly into the opening of the equipment letting the contents in the pan, with the surplus liquid being able to be drained out through the in-built drain connection. The stud that is included is used to mount in the well compartment. This is mounted in compatible units, and it is fitted within the alplaced heating or holding well area, where it is connected to the drain outlet and securing points. It is a substitute pan that is used for drainage and containment are in the right position.
