The Nemco 55550-6 Wedger is a hand-operated produce-cutting block for commercial food preparation systems. It does so by using a fixed 6-blade assembly to slice each fruit or vegetable into wedge part with just a single push. This unit can be mounted in a compatible mounting base for use in a commercial kitchen.
