Description

The Dynamic Cooking Systems 55763-2 Thermostat BJWA W/Bulb 3/16" X 11-3/16" 48" Capillary is designed to manage temperature levels in commercial kitchen equipment by controlling the heating cycle. It works on a capillary bulb which measures the temperature variation and informs the thermostat to change the amount of heat it produces. The unit is installed in the control assembly of the appliance, and the sensing bulb is installed in the cooking area to directly measure the temperature. It is the control element of system, which provides proper heat response and stable operation.
