Description

The CMA Dishmachines 562-00 Door Switch is a position-sensing electrical component used in the compatible commercial dishwashing equipment. Mounted near the door assembly, it respond to mechanical movement of door by opening or closing its internal electrical contacts. This switching action communicates the door position to the connected control circuit, allowing equipment to operate only when the required door condition is detected. When the door moves away from the switch actuator, the contact state changes and can interrupt the related circuit. Its installation provides a direct electrical interface between the door mechanism and operating controls.
