The APW 56428 Thermostat is a key element thought to ensures accurate temperature in commercial toasters and warmers. This thermostat operates in a temperature range of 100°F to 550°F, has a 1/4" bulb that is 5-9/16" long, and a 72" capillary length for flexible installation in many kitchen setups. With its special auxiliary switch and four terminals, it is ideal for use with a variety of APW models including the M9502, M95-3, and many warmers in the BM and SW series. The APW 56428 maintains consistent temperatures to achieve perfectly toasted parts, improves energy efficiency and shortens cooking times.
