The APW 56540 Toaster Thermostat is an essential part to control temperature in a precise manner for numerous commercial cooking applications. This thermostat operates at temperatures from 100°F to 550°F with a 5-9/16" 1/4" bulb and a 72" capillary tube for flexible installation in a variety of setups. The four terminals and auxiliary switch provide additional functionality and is suitable for use with APW Wyott equipment such as toaster models M9502 and M95-3, or warmers HFW and BM series. The ideal cooking conditions to ensure that you always get the same result time and time again while keeping the heat from getting to high.
