Description

The Nemco 574241 Easy Chopper 3 Blade Assembly is used to chop food products into uniform 1/4-inch diced pieces by forcing ingredients through a fixed blade grid when chopping foods. It operates in conjunction with the chopping mechanism to make uniform cuts to vegetables, fruits and other food preparation ingredients. This blade assembly is fitted in compatible Easy Chopper 3 units, in which the cutting section is used to do dicing work when used manually. The red blade assembly is used to assist ingredient processing in commercial kitchens, prep stations, restaurants, cafeterias and foodservice counters.
