Blodgett 58787 Convection Oven Solid Door Assembly DFG-50

The Blodgett 58787 Solid Door Assembly DFG-50 is a part that offers the front access door closure to compatible convection ovens. It works by creating a seal on the opening of the cooking chamber and letting users open, and close the oven without the heat distribution inside being disturbed. The assembly is placed on the front side of the oven and is hinged, latched, and connected to the frame elements around it to allow it to move easily and stay in place. This door system is essential in maintaining stable internal conditions and stable operation of the system in the normal commercial cooking cycles.
