Description

The Duke 600541 3 Heat Switch is used for heat regulation in ovens without mechanical contacts which can fail. It has three heat levels and is capable of handling 20A at 120-240 volts. It has 6 terminals and a D stem with a .150” flat-down that makes it easy to install and operate. This product is suitable for Duke 6/13 Oven E Series and Tomlinson Kettles; the #22-1106 pointer knob or #22-1291 knob is recommended for this product. It gives optimal calibration for temperature and strength thereby making it vital within cookery processes.

Step1: Turn off the power to the oven.

Step2: Remove the old rotary switch from the panel.

Step3: Disconnect all wiring carefully.

Step4: Inspect the panel for damage or corrosion.

Step5: Install the new rotary switch in the same panel cutout.

Step6: Reconnect wiring according to the diagram.

Step7: Test rotation to ensure smooth switching.

Step8: Replace the panel cover and verify appliance operation.
