Description

The Pitco 60113502 Fryer Combo Valve LP 1/2" NPT 24V is a gas control part that is used to control the flow of propane in commercial fryer systems. It has a 1/2 inch NPT connection and operates at 24 volts which means that it combines and controls operation by controlling the supply of gas to the burner assembly. It is fitted in the gas system of the fryer, where it opens and closes in response to control signals, to ensure that the fryer has proper ignition and heat control. It is commonly fitted in commercial kitchens and is replaced when the gas flow control becomes ineffective.
