The Pitco 60143513-CL Fryer Pump / Motor Assembly is an assembly for with powerful 1/3HP motor which can work on 115V and 240V, and provides a high flow rate equal to 8 GPM. This assembly constantly pumps the oil through the fryer filtration system which probably why food is fried in fresh oil improving on the food’s flavor and also has longer durability for the oil. The pump design means that there is little need for maintenance and it can be easily fixed. Due to the fact that it is compatible with most of the fryer models, it is a convenient tool for restaurants operations.
