The Wells 60892 Thermostat K 3/16" X 11-5/8" CAP 42" 100-450°F works by detecting the temperature using a capillary tube that is attached to a sensing bulb in commercial kitchen equipment. The thermostat contact open or closes in response to temperature variation and transmit signal to the control circuit connected to it which regulates heating operation according to the reading sensed and hold the set point response under different conditions. The installation sentence should explain the installation that will be installed in ovens, grills, fryer or other heating equipment control compartment and sensing areas where a temperature-monitoring and regulation system must be installed.
