Description

The Alto-Shaam 66432 Thermostat B10 is a temperature control element equipped with a temperature-sensing bulb to detect temperature changes in the equipment. It is designed for a temperature range of 60°F to 200°F and is designed with a capillary tube between the sensing bulb and the thermostat. The thermostat is mounted inside the equipment and the bulb 3/16" X 16" is placed in the specified sensing area. This part is used in commercial foodservice equipment in the temperature-control assembly. The 84" capillary is used to connect the sensing bulb to the thermostat body for the equipment installation.
