Description

The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000241 Control Board Retrofit Kit Bracket and Probe With Wire Leads, which includes a control board to regulate signal flow between the probe and system wiring. It receives the temperature or status data from the probe via wired leads and sends structured signals to the attached control interface for a response to be executed, allowing coordinated control response from the connected components based on the feedback loops of the probe and the electrical routing logic. It is usually installed in control panel assemblies to facilitate the retrofit installation of sensing and control circuits in commercial cooking equipment.
