Description

The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000574 Damper Frame Assembly is a control component designed for use with compatible commercial equipment. This is placed on top and used to reduce the heat loss through the ventilation during the toaster's use. It is compatible with the platen-conveyor system and assists in stabilizing toasting conditions, thereby minimizing unnecessary heat loss. When correctly placed, it maintains a uniform operating temperature and evenly distributed heat during multiple toasting cycles. When a damaged damper kit hinders normal airflow control and accuracy, replacing it will restore these operations.
