The Hobart 713102-24 K-Type Gas Safety Valve Body & Magnet Head Assembly is a pilot protection mechanism used to interrupt or permit gas flow based on pilot flame status. It has a 3/8" NPT connection and K-type pilot configuration. It is used in compatible gas-operated cooking equipment. It is used between the gas supply and burner assembly, and it supports coordinated operation of the pilot and main burner systems. Its valve body and magnet head work together to provide a flame-responsive protective operation within the appliance, allowing it to provide proper operating conditions during normal equipment use.
