The Hobart 719951-00055 Range Orifice consists of a liquid propane hooded orifice that has a 55 opening and 3/8-27 threads. It controls the flow of gas passing out of the valve to the burner to provide the right balance between fuel and air. The brass construction is able to withstand repeated heating cycles and still retains its dimensional accuracy. Additional installation assists in attaining stable ignition, consistent flame production and efficient operation. Replacement of damaged or wrong orifices helps in restoring range performance and consistency of operations.
