The Southbend 8-5208 Steamer Element is a 7.5 kW, 208 V heating that can be used in commercial applications. It produces the heat necessary to transform water into steam to be used in cooking vegetables and proteins. How do I install the Southbend 8-5208 Element?

Cut power to the oven/steamer and ensure it is fully disconnected from mains power.

Fit the Element flange into the mounting location, aligning bolt holes (3‑1/2" square flange, 2.5" bolt‑hole centres).
