Description

The True 800312 Freezer Control monitors cabinet temperature and regulates the cycle in commercial equipment. The assembly includes a coiled bulb and slot stem measuring 3/8 inch by 1-1/2 inches for sensing temperature changes around the control area. As the temperature shifts the sensing mechanism responds and changes the electrical contact position within the circuit. The front dial allows the temperature setting to be adjusted manually. Mounted in the freezer control area the unit connects with the refrigeration controls and determines when the cooling cycle should operate based on the selected setting.
