Dean 8030153 Fryer Hot Oil Filter Sheets 100/PK are used to filter hot oil for fryers and make the oil last longer while being cleaner. It has a dimension of 16-1/2” x 25-1/2” and is made of 16# unpowdered paper for the best absorption and filtration. Designed for use with Frymaster Fryers including FPH-250CS, Filter Magic II, Footprint II, these sheets help in filtration of impurities in cooking oil which enhances food quality and reduces oil deterioration. Advantages are increased efficiency and capacity of the fryers, minimal wastage of oil and improved food quality.
