The Dean 8030170 Electric Fryer Filter Paper PK/100 is a disposable sheet that fits the electric commercial equipment that is compatible to trap food particles and debris. After cooking, they are placed in the built-in filtration tray or basket of the fryer, where they catch crumbs, batter remains, and other solids, and then the oil is pumped back into the tank. In foodservice operations that do a lot of frying, such as restaurant kitchens, cafeterias, and others. In the filtration process of the fryer, they are the medium through which the oil flows.
