The Lang 80503-01 K-Type Safety Valve is used for the gas system and has a gas inlet and outlet of 1/2” NPT and a pilot outlet of 1/4” CCT. This valve is available in standard sizes for different applications and can be used as a replacement for FMEA pilot-out safety valves, however it may be necessary to add accessories such as thermocouples and adaptors. It is designed for Garland, Jade, and Lang/Star models and its main purpose is to protect the system from overpressure conditions.
