The Dean 8071147 Thermostat TC125 is a high quality temperature control part used in fryers. It has a temperature control with a range of 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, for effective control of fryer heat for cooking. The thermostat has a 5/16”x5” bulb with 24” capillary and a 1/4” stuff box. The unit is simple to mount with the # 22-1006 dial and 4 way mount and it is efficient in extreme conditions. This thermostat works well to regulate temperatures and can improve both the viability of food as well as the rate of cooking.
