The Dean 8071692 Thermostat TC125 is a quality temperature control that is specially made for use with deep fryers. It works between 200 and 375 F and has a 5/16 inch by 5 inch bulb and a 24-inch capillary for accurate temperature control. Measuring a 1/4 inch stuff box size and a complementary #22-1006 dial, this thermostat enhances the control of temperature variation thereby enhancing even cooking. It is most suitable for helping in regulating the fryer temperatures minimizing wastage of energy, preventing danger of high temperatures on the fryer.

Installation Steps

Step1: Turn off the power and unplug the fryer. Allow the equipment to cool completely.

Step2: Remove the access panel to reach the existing thermostat assembly.

Step3: Disconnect thermostat wires and capillary bulb carefully without bending tubing.

Step4: Unscrew mounting hardware and slide the old thermostat out.

Step5: Position the new thermostat and secure it with screws.

Step6: Reconnect wiring to matching terminals and route the capillary bulb properly.

Step7: Reinstall panels, restore power, and test temperature operation for accuracy.
