Description

The Dean 810-0357 Fryer Caster Plate W/Brake is used to provide controlled movement and positioning, which is attached to compatible casters to allow it to be moved where necessary. This caster plate is used in commercial kitchen conditions to allow equipment to be moved around as needed to clean or provide service, or to rearrange the layout. The built-in brake is attached to the caster to limit movement when the fryer is put in place. Its position in the system assists in ensuring that it is in the right position during operation but can be repositioned when it is necessary.
