The Frymaster 8100125 LP Pilot Orifice is an accurate flow regulator part that is used to control the flow of gas via a pilot system. Its operation is to allow a constant and controlled supply against operating conditions due to the blockage of flow by a calibrated 0.010-inch opening. This opening is inserted in the pilot assembly at the specified inlet point and proper control of flow is necessary. It works the purpose of ensuring stable ignition and preservation of stable flame properties in the system. It is fitted during maintenance to ensure that there is a better regulation of gas and proper performance during operations.
