The Frymaster 8101873 ITT Thermopile is a 36-inch temperature sensor component of a commercial system that is used to sense the presence of pilot flame and control the flow of gas. It is placed in the pilot assembly and transforms heat into electrical signals to regulate the gas valve to enable the maintenance of the temperatures and safe working of the system. The thermopile should be replaced in case it is worn, corroded or does not produce the correct voltage. Replacement of the new ITT thermopile will enable safe operation of fryers, accurate temperature control and consistent cooking capabilities under commercial conditions.
