Description

The Dean 816-0135 Fryer O-Ring Pack 4 is a sealing part of the drain valve assembly of a commercial unit. It provides compression between the valve body and mating surfaces to prevent oil leaks when the valve is drained or during idle operation. The valve mechanism is designed to create a controlled flow when the drain handle or stem is operated but permit the mechanism to move. They sit in the machined grooves in the housing and operate in direct contact with the stem and outlet to assist in the proper flow control and integrity.
