The Dean 826-0929 Full Vat Frypot Insulation Kit HE is intended to enclose the frypot area and regulate heat transfer when the fryer is used in a commercial system. It does this by creating a thermal barrier around the vat which assist to minimize heat loss and keep the internal condition of the fryer under control during the cycle by insulating the walls of the vat and reducing direct heat loss during the operation cycle. It is positioned around the entire vat section within the fryer assembly to line the interior of the fryer.
