Description

The Vulcan Hart 833152 Pressure Gauge is designed to accurately measure pressure levels in commercial kitchen and monitoring in fryers, steamers and kettles. This rear clamp pressure gauge comes with a 2-inch diameter and measures pressure from 0 to 30 PSI through its 1/8" MPT connection. The pressure gauge enables users to maintain accurate pressure measurements which ensures optimal efficiency while enhancing safety together with hot cooking environments.
