Description

The Market Forge 920064 Latch Paddle is a door control part that is fitted in compatible cooking equipment to control the door locking mechanism. It works by pressing the latch assembly that keeps the door closed during the time the appliance is running. The paddle is moved and this causes the internal linkage to Connect or disconnect the latch. This door is well closed when cooking with heat or steam. The latch paddle is attached to the front part of the equipment door and is connected to the internal latch hardware which operates the door locking system.
