Hobart 944357-0048L Charbroiler 47 60 Left Deflector Tray

The Hobart 944357-0048L 47 60 Left Deflector Tray is a metal deflection element that is installed in compatible charbroiler units. This tray is placed on the left side below the broiling area, where it diverts grease and cooking by products out of the burner area. It has an angled design that directs drippings to the specific grease collection area of the broiler frame. The deflector tray is installed as an element of the internal broiler structure that assists in the controlled flow of the grease that is generated during the grilling process, and that is used to maintain the internal conditions of the charbroiler assembly.
