Description

The Globe 963HC Slicing Knife is a cutting part, used in food slicers to slice meats, cheeses and other food products to the desired thickness. The knife is mounted in the unit and it spins to cut products against the carriage and it is often found in restaurant and commercial food preparation areas and is paired with the drive system to ensure even slicing. This knife is generally replaced during maintenance when it becomes dull enabling the machine to cut products evenly and accurately.
