The Market Forge 97-5608 Liquid Level Controller is a control board that measures the levels of liquid by taking the signals sent by the attached probes and controlling them using the equipment control system. The unit uses probe signals to control heating activity depending on the availability of liquid. This controller is fitted inside the control panel of compatible steam-jacketed kettles and other associated commercial cooking units. It works under the liquid level monitoring system that is meant to control the functioning of the kettle. The component is connected to probe assemblies, electrical wiring and control modules to ensure that the level is properly detected.
