Description

The Market Forge 97-6187 Thermostat 36" CAP 140-284°F is a temperature sensor that can be used in commercial kettle systems. It used a capillary tube to measure the heat inside the structure, and send the data to the thermostat so the system can increase or decrease the heating as required. It is installed in the control assembly and it operates in conjunction with temperature controls to ensure a constant operating range.
